or deleting them.
On the
Pioneer Complete Console,
click the Internet Controls button
.
On the Internet Controls menu, click Internet Controls Alerts to view the alerts in the Internet Controls Alerts window.

The Internet Controls Alert contains the following information:
The alert type displays at the top of the window, preceded by a counter that indicates how many alert are pending and the index of the alert you are watching now. Use the small arrow symbols '<' and '>' at the left to navigate between alerts.
Date and time – Displays the date and time that the alert was generated.
Severity – Displays a severity level indicator. The severity indicator spans Green, Yellow, and Red. Green indicates that the alert is not urgent, and Red indicates that the alert is more urgent. The severity level is dictated by the nature of the event.
What happened – Lists the action the user took and specifies the policy that was violated. For example, a user tried to access a restricted site that is not on the Approved Sites List. The description also lists the affected site(s). If multiple sites are involved, the time is given for every individual site in parentheses.
What Now – Describes what action, if any, should be taken by the Internet Controls Alert viewer. See below.
In the Internet Controls Alerts window, under Alert Actions, click Delete this alert to delete the alert you are currently viewing. When you delete the alert you are viewing you will automatically be shown the next alert. You can also click (or all Internet controls alerts) to delete all Internet Controls Alerts, including the one you are currently viewing.
Under Alert Actions, click Get online help for this alert to get help about the alert. Note that this link is no longer available after you delete the alert.
Click the Close button in the top right corner to close the window.
