To access all of the features, you can use the Pioneer Complete Console:

To move the console on your desktop, click and hold the left mouse button anywhere on the console, except the buttons, and then drag it to a new position.
For every available Pioneer Complete Module, there is a Button on the main part of the console. All of these buttons share similar functionality.
If a Module is active, you can access its options through the Button on the console. For more information on setting up Pioneer Complete Features, see here.
Pioneer Complete notifies you of security events on your computer by generating Alerts. Whenever an Alert is present, the background of the Module Button will start to flash in Red. An example of this is shown for the firewall module in the picture of the console above. You can view Alerts via the feature menus that are introduced below.

From the Internet Controls menu, you can access Internet Controls Options such as:
Internet Controls Alerts – This option allows you to view alerts that are generated whenever users try to access web content that they are not allowed to view.
Note: If there are no Internet Controls Alerts, the Internet Controls menu displays (No Internet Controls Alerts).
Web History – This option allows you to view your Web history including top sites visited and the number of Web requests.
Internet Control Settings – This option allows you to view and change settings such as: Web access (content filtering), approved site list, and blocking access. Settings include:
Setting Web Filtering Options
Setting Internet Access Time Limits
Setting Windows® Restrictions
Requiring a E-mail address and Password to Change Settings
Setting Up Web Usage Reporting
If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

From the Privacy menu, you can:
View Privacy Reports that inform you of blocked pop-ups
Access Privacy Settings such as:
Banner Ad Blocking
Pop-up Blocking
Run SpyCatcher to check for and remove spyware from your system.
If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

From the Firewall menu, you can:
View and acknowledge Firewall Alerts. Depending on your settings, Firewall Alerts are generated when traffic to or from you computer is blocked by the Firewall.
Note: When there are no Firewall Alerts, the Firewall menu displays (No Firewall Alerts).
Configure Firewall Settings.
If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

From the Antivirus menu, you can:
View and acknowledge Antivirus Alerts. Antivirus Alerts are generated when a virus is detected on your computer.
Configure Antivirus Settings
Scan your computer for viruses
If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.
In the top bar of the console you can find additional controls.

Minimize the
Pioneer Complete Console to the Windows
System Tray.
Shutdown
Pioneer Complete
or Set up a Pioneer Complete feature
(turn a feature on or off).
If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.
Click
the envelope to cycle through messages and additional information, like
the time of the most recent update,
the name of the currently logged on user (available only in multi-user
mode) and name
of the product.
Click this icon in the Windows
System Tray to display the
Pioneer Complete Console when it is minimized.
