Using the Pioneer Complete Console

To access all of the features, you can use the Pioneer Complete Console:

To move the console on your desktop, click and hold the left mouse button anywhere on the console, except the buttons, and then drag it to a new position.

 

For every available Pioneer Complete Module, there is a Button on the main part of the console. All of these buttons share similar functionality.

 

If a Module is active, you can access its options through the Button on the console. For more information on setting up Pioneer Complete Features, see here.

 

Pioneer Complete notifies you of security events on your computer by generating Alerts. Whenever an Alert is present, the background of the Module Button will start to flash in Red.  An example of this is shown for the firewall module in the picture of the console above. You can view Alerts via the feature menus that are introduced below.

Click the Internet Controls button to display the Internet Controls menu:

From the Internet Controls menu, you can access Internet Controls Options such as:

Note: If there are no Internet Controls Alerts, the Internet Controls menu displays (No Internet Controls Alerts).

If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

Click the Privacy button to display the Privacy menu:

From the Privacy menu, you can:

If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

Click the Firewall button to display the Firewall menu:

From the Firewall menu, you can:

Note: When there are no Firewall Alerts, the Firewall menu displays (No Firewall Alerts).

If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

Click the Antivirus button to display the Antivirus menu:

From the Antivirus menu, you can:

If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

 

In the top bar of the console you can find additional controls.

Click the following buttons to:

Get help, get online support, check for software updates, and view About Pioneer Complete.

Minimize the Pioneer Complete Console to the Windows System Tray.

Shutdown Pioneer Complete or Set up a Pioneer Complete feature (turn a feature on or off).

If an option appears dimmed, it is not available.

Click the envelope to cycle through messages and additional information, like the time of the most recent update, the name of the currently logged on user (available only in multi-user mode) and name of the product.

 

Click this icon in the Windows System Tray to display the Pioneer Complete Console when it is minimized.
