Pioneer Broadband accepts the following methods of payment:
Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Personal Check, Bank Check, Money Order, Autopay, Online via our Customer Portal.
Net 30 Day Terms
All Pioneer Broadband accounts have credit terms of 30 days unless otherwise stated in a customer contract. Pioneer Broadband generates bills on the 5th of every month. The customer has 30 days from the 5th to pay the bill. If the bill is not paid within 30 days, the account will be disconnected. In order to reconnect to the service, the customer will have to make their account current (pay off the balance on the account) and pay a $50.00 Reconnection Fee.
Pioneer Broadband will accept checks from customers as a method of payment as stated above unless we get a check back from our bank for Insufficient Funds (NSF). In the case of check returned for NSF, the customer will be contacted by telephone or email. If the customer does not respond to Pioneer Broadband within 5 business days, the account will be disconnected. Pioneer Broadband charges up to a $25.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. Pioneer Broadband will allow customers to pay via check as long as the number of checks returned to us for NSF does not exceed 2 per calendar year. In the case that Pioneer Broadband receives 2 checks for insufficient funds for a customer in one calendar year, that customer will no longer be allowed the privilege of paying via check. The account must be made current, the returned check fee will be collected, and any late charges and/or reconnection fees will be collected prior to establishing a new method of payment.
For Declined Autopay:
Pioneer Broadband accepts credit and debit cards as a method of payment. If a credit/debit card is declined, the customer will be contacted by telephone or email. If the customer does not respond to Pioneer Broadband within 5 business days, the account will be disconnected. Pioneer Broadband will not re-establish service without collecting a $50.00 Reconnection Fee
In the event of a disconnection, Pioneer Broadband will establish an appointment with the customer to remove equipment from the service location. Pioneer Broadband maintains ownership of the following unless otherwise stated:
- Fixed Broadband Radio and Antenna
- DTA(Digital Television Adapter)
- STB(Set Top Box)
- DVR(Digital Video Recorder)
- ONT(Optical Network Terminal)
- DSL Modem
If a customer is disconnected and later makes their account current, the Reconnection Fee is necessary to restore the service. There will be no exceptions to this rule
